Rapid Solutions Achieves OPITO Approval of its Competence Management System - 2009-02-13








In January 2009 Rapid Solutions achieved approval of its Competence Management System by OPITO, the Oil and Gas Industry’s focal point for skills, learning and workforce development.

The Competence Management System (CMS) is an add-on to the company’s Integrated Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2000).

The CMS ensures that Rapid Solutions’ workforce has the experience, skills, knowledge, attitude and ability necessary to carry out critical tasks consistently, therefore the system is about performance rather than about knowledge alone.
