In May 2010 Rapid Solutions has successfully completed construction of a new Valve Workshop. It is designed in anticipation of further business increases, the new valve workshop is custom designed to efficiently facilitate the actuation overhaul, repair and upgrade activities performed, as well as the factory fitting of actuators for Koso Kent Introl choke and control  valves.

Access to the light and airy workshop is directly linked to new cranage covering the majority of the floor area.

Work is performed on five fixed and three mobile bench stations, providing increased flexibility by permitting Kent Introl technicians to support the permanent workshop technicians during workload peaks. A new wheelblast rotary table machine has also been installed for performing blasting.
